General Terms
These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Empire Autos ("we", "us", "our") when purchasing a vehicle or using our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Empire Autos is a family-run used car dealership based in Nottinghamshire, specializing in quality pre-owned vehicles with exceptional customer service.
Vehicle Sales
All vehicle descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until a formal purchase agreement is signed.
Vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to remove vehicles from sale at any time.
Finance and Payment
FCA Registered
Empire Autos is fully FCA registered and authorized to provide car finance solutions.
Finance is subject to status and approval by our panel of lenders. We work with trusted UK finance providers to secure the best possible deals for our customers.
A deposit may be required to secure your chosen vehicle. This will be clearly communicated during the purchase process and is typically refundable if finance is declined.
We welcome part exchange vehicles and offer fair, competitive valuations. Part exchange values are based on current market conditions and vehicle condition.
Warranties and Returns
All vehicles sold come with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Where applicable, warranty details will be provided at the time of sale. Extended warranty options may be available for additional peace of mind.
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis within our standard cooling-off period, subject to the vehicle being returned in the same condition.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of Empire Autos, you have certain responsibilities that help ensure a smooth transaction:
- Providing accurate information during the purchase process
- Arranging appropriate insurance before collection
- Inspecting the vehicle upon collection
- Completing all necessary documentation

Liability and Limitations
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We exclude liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
